Khan has competed internationally at the CrossFit Games four times and is one of the most sought after CrossFit athletes and coaches in the world. Khan’s scientific programming and attention to detail in his own training, is reflected in his coaching style and the programming at Play Movement Co and (as you can see from his own results) it works!
Khan is lucky enough to not only call keeping fit a passion, but his full time job, and as such is always around to help new members with skills and drills and provide individual programming for other athletes, or future athletes.
Aussie local Ben is a L2 CrossFit coach who is also a practicing Chiropractor. Ben is a great resource for any athlete struggling with joint issues and mobility. Ben is a Saturday staple and our members love catching him in a training session too.
Russ is a Full time L2 CrossFit Coach at Play. Russ has vast experience in training and coaching as well as a great competitive record. In 2013, Russ completed an internship at Norcal CrossFit with Jason Khalipa, which has provided a strong foundation for Russ’s coaching and has since been a Head Coach in Gyms on the East and West coasts of Australia. Russ takes great care in preparing our new members for group classes via our detailed Fundamentals program.
Alex is a L1-CrossFit Coach with a string of additional specialised certifications. Alex comes from a martial arts backgrounds and it shows in his methodical individualised programming to help our members with specific goals. Alex dabbles in UX/UI design at his 9-5.
English born and raised, Dan is a very experienced L2 CrossFit coach with a vast knowledge and interest in Gymnastic skills. Dan takes great care of our members in all styles. Dan programs the HIIT sessions and also co-ordinates some special events for the CrossFit community.
