WE ENSURE all members are actually progressing, not just doing an hour of exercises thrown together at random.
We will not encourage you to eat carrot sticks and celery. We also won't discourage you from drinking beer.
CROSSFIT
60 minute COACHED classes focusing on strength, conditioning and skills utilising weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning.
GYMNASTICS
IMPROVE YOUR ABILITY TO MASTER GYMNASTIC SKILLS AND BODYWEIGHT MOVEMENTS.
HIIT
45 minutes of high intensity interval training utilising functional body weight movements, light kettle bells/dumbbells and conditioning equipment such as rowers and air bikes. No barbells and NO gymnastics.
FOUNDATIONS
REINFORCE THE BASICS focusing on building fundamental movements and correct movement patterns. Recommended for all members who are new to training or functional fitness.
OLY LIFTING
FOCUSING SOLELY ON THE CLEAN AND JERK AND SNATCH, THESE CLASSES ALLOW A CHANCE TO GAIN EXPERTISE IN THESE HIGHLY TECHNICAL MOVEMENTS.
